5 points and he no longer has a license? CO sucks. I believe it was 6 points accumulated within a year to get your license suspended in PA, and you drop (I think) 2 points each year.

I did driving school twice already.... its no use anymore, my defensive driving is useless haha, and im looking to sell the engine guys... unless I get this ef hatch locally...... its 500 dollars of pure honda gay win, but dam they are so old, I just cant commit to it.

damn, it's also 12 points in a year to lose your license here... and you only lose it for 30 days. Then 18 in 18 is 3 month suspension, and 24 in 36 months is a year suspension

 

There are people in Arkansas with 38 points on their license who still have a license and insurance. I come across them all the time because I'm a police dispatcher.
