What is a good and fast way to get over the flu guys, I am gettting tired of this crap.

 

take three tylenol colds before you go to bed:-D Fixes it right up:-D

 

take a HOT bath. as hot as you can possibly stand. then sit in there till you almost pass out and just sweat like crazy, but drink A LOT of water. then go lay in bed with like 5 blankets on you for an hour or two. if you sweat like crazy, it will clean that crap out of your system. but drink a lot of water, being sick dehydrates you anyway, and if youre dehydrated, you wont sweat. and if you smoke, stop.

 

oh yeah, and get these things called AIRBORNE. its a bunch of vitamins and herbs and zinc and stuff. you put the little tablet in a little water and it gets fizzy, then you drink it every three hours. it doesnt taste bad either, kinda like sprite. but only a little water or it gets watered down.

 

Zicam. it helps A LOT! It's a OTC medicine look it up on google or something, works Like Magic, this stuff is great!!!

 

man, last time i tried that stuff, it burned like hell. thats that crap you spray up your nose right? it made my nose run worse and made my throat burn too.

 

try the Q-tip stuff. I agree the spray stuff burns like hell! Works great for me!
