With me and dealing with people I have heard alot of stuff when dealing with customers.It is better when you point it out to them and explain.It is funny when they say such unremarkable things and the car isnt even theirs ,like they are trying to make you feel like your car is a piece of crap.

 

I have a similar story, I used to think this kinda thing happened to me cause I was a girl and guys thought I wouldn't know better, but I'm glad to know that some people are just jackholes.

Anyway, I was working at a video game store about a year back, or... whenever doom three had just been released. It was about an hour from close, and I was workin all by my lonesome. This dude comes in, starts asking me about doom, and then out of the blue starts telling me about how he has a beta version of the x-box three and doom four for it, and he's just going on and on about the details for it. It really sounded like he believed it himself. I mean, I was so shocked at the rediculousness of it that I couldn't even give him **** like you did, jbar. I was just standing there, stunned, waiting for him to leave so I can start calling other stores to brag about how MY customers have xbox threes.

Fortunantly I never saw him again.
