lol idk.. i think he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.. wats the odds that ul get a white car with white rims come by EXACTLY at the same time at the same place where the cop was where it was reported lol... it happnds to all of us.. maybe KARMA got his *** for something he did on purpose lol

There are alot of worse things a man can do than burnouts in a parking lot. As far as im concerned if you say that is bad, and you have ever peeled out at a light or heaven forbid raced somebody on a public road (sense the sarcasm), you are a gigantic hypocrite.

well at least you didn't get caught. everyone does something stupid like that every now and then. it does suck that the other guy got in trouble for your actions, but i would have felt the same way as you do if i were in the same situation.
