Take more time because they need to completely fill the space with black. You can get away with a lot more when using color. When its only black like all mine there are a lot of spots that need to get filled so it doesn't look like crap!

 

Yup, lots of touch ups afterwards too, but normally they don't charge for that stuff.
It could also take longer then 5 sittings too, possibly 10 at $250? But then again I don't know how good you sit, and how long you can take it for.

 

Yeah, I didn't think about that with the black... good point. And I didn't get an appointment for my tattoo or even go in to have them look at the design due to... well... unforeseen circumstances.
