GUYS I GOT A SPEEDING TICKET, 93 IN A 45.
I dunno why you are concerned over the date since the cop wrote down that there were construction workers present when there wasn't. That means the cop is lying and that is how i would fight the ticket. If the cop is lying about the construction workers, that blows his credibility. All you gotta do is find a way to prove that there weren't any construction workers present. Call up the DOT of your state and see if they have any records of construction on that street. If there really wasn't any construction workers then they won't have any record of that and you can use that against the cop in court. And next time lay of the gas.
Good god WTF is up with people acting like the road ways are your own track. Ya know what i want to do when I see a dick weed doing this? I have to keep myself from pulling them out of there car. BTW you did the crime now pay the fine, the only thing worse than somebody breaking the law is somebody that tries to weasle their way out of trouble on some bs reasoning. Grow up and accept what you did was wrong and pay the fine
+infinity Marty, Sure I went fast when I was younger, but I had the cash to back my lead foot. If this is your first offense they should be pretty tame with you. You'll get a slap on the hand and a $100 fine if you're nice to the judge.

He isnt going to be able to fight diddly squat with a 93 in a 45. Chewbacca could have given him the ticket, it doesnt matter. But also what all of you are not thinking of that THIS is the reason why yours and mine insurance is outrageous because of statistical kids like this. Thanks Jh4nd for my $200 a month car insurance.

here if you get a speeding ticket and you decide to fight it, and the cop dont show up(they never do here) then te ticket gets dropped...is that the same anywhere else?
i will admit to a street race that went to about 90 in a 45, but this road was totally empty, exepct for me and him, wide roads, and it was at like 1:30 a.m. the next night there was construction on the road, MT is fixing roads(but it seems like they are doing the ones that dont need it...[:@]
