has anyone else noticed this?
so i'm a nerd and love to study the weather. i like following the news about big storms developing, and was watching some news about hurricane wilma. then i got to thinking.....one thing all the very powerful hurricanes to hit the gulf coast have in common: they all have names that end with an "a". i think whoever picks out the names for the year should realize this and retire any names that end with the letter a. i'm not usually superstitious, but this is just a little too coincidental....
Oh balderdash. Every one acts like its a first that the gulf was mostly targeted this year. No one seems to realise it goes in cycles. Next year the Atlantic coast will be mainly targeted for all we know.
uhhh...where in my post did i say that the gulf coast was most targeted? this is about how the strongest hurricanes to hit the area share a commonality in their names.
