You cant pull info like that from most average cars. I say take your car to the dealer and have it inspected to insure no mods have been done to the ecu(mods that eliminate the governor). Also have them inspect your brake rotors because hitting your brakes at those speeds with oem or oem replacement rotors will instantly warp them. You also have your parents as a witness.

 

ya i look and took specs from the 05 focus it has a top speed restrict at 120 and it has an extra 15 hp and 10 torque so i sent that all in and also sent in the specs which the mile marker we got on was 51 and the ticket was at 52 so now way my car could get goin 114 we look in mile times and put that in it only goes 98 in the mile so im good thanks for the help and its off now YA!!!!
