Default Hobo needs a computer. Lets build one together!

I haven't built a computer in 5 years, which means everything I used to know is completely obsolete! So why don't you guys help me plan a new build? I'm sick of having two sh!tty old laptops from 2004. Neither of them are helping me.

My needs are simple. I have little use for a monster powerhouse. This MUST be a budget build. I can't afford to finish my car as it is lol. Basic needs are as follows:

Fast
lots of memory
doesn't suck
plenty of usb ports
two cup holders

Really though:

Will run Win7
4GB RAM, minimum
FSB < 1000mhz
300 watt or more power supply
250gb HDD, I don't need anything more than that. I don't really need 250gb...
Dual core processor at the least
6 USB ports minimum
Graphics card that can handle youtube and hulu, 1080p output if possible
Sound card can be pretty damn simple
hdmi output

I won't need speakers or a monitor. It's gonna hook up to my tv and will use some floor speakers for output.

I don't want a case that does all the crazy LED lights and ****. Its gotta be pretty basic.

Possible mobo:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131406

Has integrated audio/video, has HDMI out, supports up to 16GB ram, and it's blue

Possible processor:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103873

Appears to be a ******* beast on the cheap.

(combo deal, -$17 http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.455981)

This is gonna be a media center style computer but I might end up matching this micro ATX board with a regular ATX case so theres more room to work with.

building your own is A. more fun, B. cheaper, and C. better because you get to pick what you want. but what are you asking us to do? pick parts for you? if your looking to buy a case, let me know. i got a gaming computer tower with the side window. i know you said you dont need the LED's and stuff but ill sell it cheap.

I'll pass, one of the things I decided against was the side window, whether its lit or not. Vents are enough for me.

These days some refurbs are awesome deals. I picked up a 6Gb dual core desktop for $300, than added a dual display workstation card and I was set.

i scoured Tiger Direct and a few others and saw some that would work, but in the end I guess i wanna do it myself since I haven't looked at what's out there lately.

I'm probably gonna go with an integrated card since I'm not needing serious power.

Liquid cooling is awesome for beastly gaming machines but I'm gonna be doing mostly email and HCF, maybe some photoshop on this computer. I don't game much on the PC.

[edit]
And I just learned that I'm gonna have to pay rent myself next month instead of 50/50 due to student loan checks taking forever to process. That means 75+% of my income in the next 30 days goes to rent and utilities. So, this build might be on hold until September unless I can sell some Honda parts.
