not sure about the newer ones, but I have a friend with a '00 V6 stang. I raced him from a roll in my '92 corolla auto and he was just barely pulling away. I killed him with a BMW though. And just for the record, the corolla ran 1/4 mile in 18.5 sec and BMW did it in 16
