Default How much are you paying for gas and where are you located?

I noticed gas prices are going down, which is good news. I thought it would be interesting to see what people in different areas are paying for gas.

How much are you paying, and where are you located?

My closest BP is at 3.09 a gallon, and the lady told me it's going down tonight again. I'm in Titusville, FL (space coast)

I buy gas at a Valero station where the price is currently $3.04/gallon. I saw another station tonight selling gas for $2.97/gallon.

Why do you think the elections are the cause? I've heard that demand is way down due to recent high gas prices. In addition, the price for a barrel of crude oil has plummeted to about $74. I think the price was $140/barrel not long ago.

exactly. elections have nothing to do with it.
crude oil prices went down about a month ago, but it takes about a month for us to see the effects of those price changes at the pump.

oh okay i was under the assumption that the republican party was pulling strings in the big oil companies to get them to lower gas prices so that the people would vote more favorably towaards them =] but thats prob just my conspiracy filled mind thinking =[ lol youre reasoning makes much more sense. damn logic wins again :'(
