i tell you them saying we where not geting price gouged was a bunch of BS!!!!! i wanna know whos doing the investigation on these gas companies and send them a keep at it letter! but time will tell what it will be like after the elections.... most likely it will go right back up! :( |
^ thats what everyone says but i think they are gonna stay low
Financial talking heads are saying that gas prices will not only rebound to earlier high prices but will actually rise higher.
It's about the same here at about $2.13 and $2.16. Actually, the gas prices are officially set to increase due to OPEC's upcoming production cut. They're going to cut oil production by about 1.5~2.0 million barrels a day I believe. That will equate to at least $80.00 a barrel after the initial cut. This will immediately take effect around december or the beginning of 2009. So no, gas isn't going to stay low, thanks to OPEC President Chakib Kheli.
well that's super duper. we just got below 3 dollars here so now they're gonna go back up

I saw it by my house today for $1.98. I live in St. Louis, MO, and I heard on CNN this morning that the national average is still like $2.39. Not sure how long it is going to stay this way, but this is most definitely the lowest that I have seen it in quite some time.
