Your learning, which is good. I'm assuming that the VTEC in bikes and the VTEC is cars works the same way. Cause that guy is a bike salesman, which leads me to believe the guys that are in sales don't know anything about the cars/bikes they sell.

 

i will attest to that.. i asked the sales rep at the honda dealer about the si.. and he didnt know what the lsd was....

you should have heard the Mitsu guys feeding us lines of BS when we were shopping for the Evo. it was pathetic. yet another reason Mitsu almost went under. the salesmen dont even know anything about the flagship model.

 

he said something about how u could drive it with out using the clutch to shift.. i was like really?! and he was like yeah that new technology... then i schooled him on it

 

i would have taken him with me on a test drive, then grinded the hell out of the gears, and then told the sales manager what an idiot thesalesperson was.
