I am so pissed off
I believe lemon law only applies to new vehicles and it must be 7 things wrong with it. I think its 7. But if you bought it with no warranty it might not work. Hope you get something in return for your loss. Usually lawyers take a 1/3 of what you get to cover there costs. Might be different in your state.
pull a carfax report on it. if the mileage has been altered, you will have a case of false advertising. it sounds like it has a junkyard engine, and they may have also changed the mileage/gauges. also, if it still has the ecu, you can get the mileage out of theat too, though theres no telling if its the original ecu or not.
Well, I checked with dealership they said it all matched, they could not check the number on the head, but the tranny and block match. Later that day (yesterday) I guy my freinds know bought a wrecked integra 94 ls the guy who owned it blew the engine, his mom bought a jdm ls non vtec the b18B1 put that in there the kid hydroplained into a ditch, so my freind bought the car and pulled the engine and all, I bought the complete motor swap for $1200 that thing is clean, no oil leaks no nothin just dirt on the bottum from were he wrecked, we will have it running in my car in a couple days hopfully. I plan on getting a 4-2-1 header, intake manifold then get some nice crower cams and valve springs, O do you guys think I should hook up AC and power steering , or just power steering and no AC, and get one of those dash mounting fans from advanced auto parts, LOL.
