damn. i would want to take one home. or use it as your DL pic, hehe, the checker at Home Depot might get you checked out quicker that way!

I was involved in a physical altercation with a police officer, in which i came out, the victor. i was heavily intoxicated, and he was an off duty rookie, who wanted to flex his muscle. luckily, witnesses saw him engage in "violent contact" first, so i was released.

i was also arrested once for suspected firearms violation. i was walking home one night from the bar with my roommate (on campus) and we walked past a backyard party, and some people in the party bgan to heckle us. i heckled back. a scuffle broke out, and as i was getting the better of one of the party goers, the host came out, and pointing a gun at me. he was very jumpy with it and my roommate got his attention long enough for me to jump him, knocking the gun away from him. my roommate grabbed the gun, and saw that it was unloaded. i let the kid up, and i was yelling at him about pointing guns at people. my roommate handed me the gun, just in time for the police (who had been called about some "crazy guy wielding a gun") to turn onto the street...they also came out of a side alley behind me...i dropped the gun instantly, but it was too late. with the owner of the gun/house pleading with them to let me up, they beat the hell out of me. turns out, "someone matching my description" had been involved with a shooting at a hip hop club that night. in cuffs, they dragged me to the station, and then checked with the owner of the bar, where i had been all night, and they then released me. they told my lawyer the next morning "we dont know where the cuts on the back of his head, or the bruises on his face and swollen eyes came from"...[:@] it sucked, hardcore. for those who havent been pistol whipped, i really dont recommend it. the best part, when one of the pigs was "searching for my ID" at the 'scene', he was kind enough to remove all of the cash from my wallet.

i have also been taken into custody because a friend of mine pointed a laser pointer at a cop, who thought that it was a laser scope...and he was sure that it was me, and that i "ditched the gun"...and since i wouldnt rat out my buddy, i was taken and questioned.
