well even tho the title says salvage it doesn tmean the car is trash. check over the whole car and look for damages! bad paint, bent metal, bad fitting parts.
if you dont find any your fine. the car was fixed like it shoudl have been!
only time a salvage title is bad is when the repair is obviously crap or damage hidden like under the vehicle.
a vehicle is mostly steel and plastic which can always be repaired/replaced if done properly
only thing salvage means is that the car was damaged more than the insurance company wanted to pay to get it fixed, doesnt mean somebody couldnt fix it all the time.

 

The car is a 2005 RSX, and everything is great on it, but the seller didnt say it was salvage title, no full coverage is a big deal for my sister....

She is wanting to make some kind of legal action on them but what is suggested?

 

my sedan that came from mbrent has a salvage title, its been wrecked 4 times but still drives great, but yea the down fall on having a salvage title is the insurance companies WILL NOT offer full coverage, your only option is basic liability coverage.

talk to a local lawyer they will give free advise
