Well its been 15 days now. I quit smoking cold turkey, and honestly i really think im done. Feels great. Cmon remmy, you can do it!

Yea, I plan to. Not while im trying to lose a few pounds first... dont wanna lose what I have already accomplished! I got a new g/f too and dont want to get all fat *** on her ne way... ill post some pics when Im in my office.

But congrats PC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good for you!!! just tell yourself every morning that you wont smoke today, and remember that when you want one. just think, "I said to myself this morning, that i wasnt going to smoke today." it sounds dumb, but people who quit stuff like that swear by it, you have to take it day by day for quite a while. keep it up!

lol i just run every morning. And smoking cancles that out. So i just dont smoke. I eat healthy and work out more too........its a new form of life after boost lol.

Haha, goos for you Pete. I can't imagine your mood has been the greatest. I remember when I quit about a year and a half ago I was the biggest jerk for like a week. Coffee helped me "transfer" my addiction but I think running is better. Keep on man.

I quit cold turkey two months ago and still going strong, you feel so much better when your not smoking!
