Congrats bro, keep it up! Hopefully i can get myself to quit this winter. Not allowed to smoke in the house and suuuuure does get cold outside here in michigan. So i'm hoping that will drive me

congrats!

from what i've been told by people who have successfully quit, cold turkey is the best way to do it. the nicotine is out of your system in just a few days anyway - the rest is a psychological addiction. don't do patches or the gum, because they'll just keep you addicted longer.

good luck to those of you who want to quit.
