Like my father before me, I'ma professional baiter. But one day, I hope to surpass my dad and become a full-fledged master-baiter. Okay, I'm sorry... that was really immature lol

but seriously, full-time construction worker... general carpentry... it blows, but the money's good (just bought coilovers and struts)...

so..........general concensus: go to college or win the lottery if you want to do this hobby.
There are other ways to make nice $$$, but they require a full time commitment.

-rehab homes
-driving trucks
-home remodeling
-landscaping

like i said, "general",and they require full time commitment but they are also very labor intensive

---registered nurse, spent 3 years in college, borrowed $2500 total to get my degree and can now work wherever I want in a variety of fields. Graduated college at the age of 34. Drive an '02 Si I bought last October, still waiting to begin modifications, doing some research and saving some money(I don't know much about cars). My advice is to find something you're interested in and get an education whether vocaitonal, technical, or trade-- do it before you're my age and then live within your means. I loaded trucks at UPS to get through school - thats a good job with great benefits if you can tolerate the labor end. Ya'll got nice cars and I'm learning alot at HCF.

Well, I'm where you guys should be when you're my age ! I've been in the same general industry for 30 years, telecommunications. I currently "work" as Sr. System Test Engineer for a major telecom equipment provider. The quotes are for the benefit of my chat room buds who know that "work" is a relative term.I like to think that they are paying for my expertise which I sometimes bring to the table. My kids educations have been paid for and the last wedding is this September. I make enough $$$ to satisfy whatever needs I have and keep my wife happy, which can be VERY expensive. I'd kill for time off rather than $$$ at this point since it is more important. You young guys should be out there hustling your asses off to make as much as you can, it's out there for sure! Like I always told my son, if you're gonna go to work, make it count! Don't be lazy! MONEY is POWER! POWER is the ability to do WHAT you want, WHEN you want, as OFTEN as you want ! Not a hard sell there !!! Be good at what you do and the $$$ will flow in your direction!!!
