Walked out this morning to find my roof dented. There was a foot print on top of the hood and a huge dent on the roof with scratches. Then possibly another footprint on the back window. So freakin pissed right now. I punched the inside roof line to get the dent off and seems to be better now with scratches and 2 smaller dent on the roof. Too pissed to take pictures and now that its punched back out theres nothing to get a picture of.

 

Damn. Sorry to hear man. I'll wait for the pics.

 

I was letting our St.Bernard out of his cage (which sits in our garage) and he knocked me over... I caught myself on the hood and fender, putting a huge dent in the front drivers side fender. I tried knocking it out, but now I just have two small dents rather than one large one.


I feel your pain, though mine was just through my own clumsiness and a stupid dog.

 

I will snap a pic of my driver side fender which I put a dent/crease in with my knee leaning on it while working on the car. It is starting to rust from the inside, even though I sanded and painted it after wards. lol I was so pissed at myself.

 

difference is someone else did it. 10x the pain. And it's on the roof. Not replaceable like hood and fender

 

Sounds like someone was doing parkour.

 

This happened to my first 90 hatch. If you find that opening and closing the doors makes the roof pop in and out, check the roof supports. They may need attention.
People these days just have no respect for other peoples property. I bought my Miata with no scratches, no dents. Now Ive got scratches on the hood where people have freaking sat down, and all kind of dings where people have opened their doors into mine.
