Default Just when I thought I was out...

they pulled me back in!

I am in the process of purchasing a 88 CRX Si with a D16a9 swap that has 25k on the swapped engine! It needs a little TLC but I wanted something more nimble than that straight line only, 2006 Rustang GT.

Seats are torn and the carpet is ruined from the leaking sunroof and the climate control panel is cracked. That is pretty much all typical for an older car anyhow.

The good news is that the clutch, timing belt, brakes, shocks, pillow mounts, and axles were recently replaced.

The car is located in Dallas.

Ah thats a ways from here. Oh well haha

But damn thats a lot...the seats are a easy fix and so is the carpet, if you know what your doing. The sunroof just needs to be taken to a glass doctor place unless you know what your doing there too. And a dash replacement would be a pita with all the wiring and such thats in there but that would be totally necessary.

Whats your plans for it? And why arent u gonna be able to get it now? Moving reasons or something?

I am going to have it transported, and thus far it has been difficult coordinating my schedule with the seller's schedule.

As for my plans, I want to fix it up and use it as a daily driver for a while. My dream is to drop a H22a in it, but I don't know if I will ever get around to doing it.
