Getting away? The founders of this country didn't run, they fought. They fought the british because they were not given representation. That stuff about the protestants fleeing religous presecution is different from the revolutionary war. That was the reason why the originally settled in North America. On another note, show me something in the constitution or a law that gives the DOD the right to appropriate funds to NASA. A case from a federal court will also be sufficient.

just because ur peanut brain thinks everything goes threw court...doesnt mean it does.. im sure theres somewhere that gives the dod right..but im not searching out for that little claus that says it.. first off u dont know what the **** ur talking about and i think you should go back to learning a bit more about your country before you go and try to smash talk someone.. second.. i think u need to learn to pick ur battles..and just lose the war
