tennessee doesn't have a minimum wage but they start you out at $5.15 an hour. and for house prices i have a 1375 sq ft house around here it would sell for $139.000. my uncle has a friend in cali with the same sq ft house out there it sells for $450.000. i guess thats why we are getting alot of out of state people moving here

If you look at it from an economical standpoint, if you raise the minimum wage then the cost of living goes up.

 

im not sure in new york i think somewhere around $7, which is ridiculous, out here in Queens one bedroom apartments go for about $1000 in bad neighborhoods, luckily i moved out of the projects and me and my mom rent a 3 bedroom apartment for $1200

In Chicago its $6.50 but the Federal min wage is suppose to go up to 7.00+
