Mopar guys...help.
I know I have been gone for a long time. I know. I know.
Anyway, I need your help guys and girls. I am starting a new project and need someone to point me to a good forum for restoring a:
1962 Dodge Dart 440

I am not selling the civic or anything. The car was my great grandmothers and I finally got it after it had been sitting for 14 years. I just bought a donor car and should be starting the restomod later this month. However, I need a good forum to help me out. This forum has helped me more that I could have ever dreamed, and I hope to get as much out another one.
So I know that there are many Mopar guys here at the HCF so what forums do you guys go to to learn about the older Mopar stuff?

well im not a Mopar guy(yet...he..he..) but that looks like it'll be quite a handful to restore. not sure how the market is for parts for that car but i cant imagine it's very easy(or cheap) to get a hold of good original parts. all i know is that it'll probably take u a very long time to restore..
my advice, donk that bish!

Yeah, its gonna be a hard build. I did luck out and just bought a donor car for it that is in great shape. ((I.E. I could have it running in a few weeks)) So I am going to mix and match it together.
The coolest part of the car is the "Push button Shifter"!!! Its gonna be gloss black, with all the chrome the "smoked" chrome color. After market rims, digital gauges, and updated engine. So $$$ but FUN!

The sad thing is, is that most of the classic car knowledge is non-internet based. By that I mean, most the guys I know that are on their game with that info aren't on their game with the internets. I post parts on eBay for my neighbor and he is amazed that there are forums for these kinds of things.
So... ... look for local swap meets and ask around there!! That's your best bet!
