Default My car project. Help me out.

Heres the deal. Im in my first year of college so money isnt floating around to be wasted but the Civic is still calling to me so I need to start the project. As it sits now it is an automatic so i need to swap to a manual tranny. Im guessing i should do this first so any suggestions for which tranny would be nice. Im also sticking with my Y7 and building it simiar to riceburner's with eagle rods, either CP or Vitara pistons, Supertech valvetrain from laskey racing and a gude cam.I will also havericeburner port and polish the head and match the intake mani with that. Also a three angle valve job. I also plan to turbo it. Basically i guess my question is what order should i doall of this stuff in. Please help me out here cuz i plan to slowly start the build.

Here's info on the 5-speed trans from the SOHC engine: https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_413787/tm.htm
