Man i had some of those black striped tetras. i have gone through about 12 fish in the past 2 years, and they are the only ones that are still living... lol, but they are cool as hell. i wish i could get a 40 gallon to put the dragon in and then turn his tank into a fish tank... that would be cool

and why is there an ALLIGATOR behind your tank!!!!!. wtf???

Get a couple Tiger Barbs, theyre fairly docile and look amazinf in schools. I love fish tanks, and Ive got a 60 gallon marine (saltwater) tank at my crib. How big is your tank?

Tiger barbs?!??! Docile! LoL all your other fish will have no fins left. I had a 55 gallon reef but took it down when I quit my job at the pet store. I plan to start a new 45 gallon corner Bowfront reef tank. What do you have in it?

im using a pro aquatics remote canister type filter foy my tank......allows you to use different media in the filter system. may want too look into a filter system like it. the carbon media i use also helps with keeping amonia levels down.
Ammonia is very toxic but is usually a very minor worry after the first month of a new tank setup. The reasons for water changes are to remove NITRATE out of the water. Although not very toxic, after levels slowly rise in the tank it becomes very toxic with prolonged exposure. Since its the end of the nitrification cycle it has nothing to break down in to which is why water changes are required.

i want to get a salt water tank when i get some extra cash..iv always loved fish, the first thing i would buy is some sea horses and a eal because i been at the fish store looking at them and there sooo sick..my buddy has a salt water tank but he can only put certain fish because this one fish he has kills like everything..and your right man, girls love it
Eels are nice. Some of my favorites are Green moray and snowflake eels. Seahorses are a bloody pain in the butt to take care of and are extremely delicate. Make sure you do your research before buying.
