hi, just wondering....

i live in socal, and i was thinking if i were to paint my car another color would i need to report it/ file at the dmv first?

at least let your insurance company know so they can raise the value of your car maybe

ummmmmmmmm..., yes you do have to notify. when the po po looks at your registration it states the vehicle color. if it is different than stated he can give you a body cavity search, or worse... like a ticket.
