It's Russian. The writing on the tires is Cyrillic.

This is a bad a$$ vehicle. The only thing I'm not sure about is the gasoline engine. Who would pay a half a million dollars for a vehicle with a Chevy 6.0L gas engine. The diesel is the 6.7L Cummins which has not been the best diesel Cummins has built. Oh plenty of power but at around 100,000 miles there is a big bunch of problems people are having. Things like injectors failing at a cost of a few grand. Turbo failures around three grand, Very poor fuel mileage compared to the 5.9L Cummins.
But that is chump change if you can pay a half a million dollars for a vehicle.
