hahaha nice names. cute looking pup, def a mix, black lab but cant tell with what else. maybe a husky? ears, hair and eyes kinda give me that feeling.

 

haha..yeah husky or chow comes to mind when I look at him....I guess time will tell...he's got a few black spots/marks on his tongue....but google search provided the info that labs get those sometimes and they are just a birth mark...


and yeah I'll admit he's cute...adds to it that he's not much more than a handful right now.

 

Could be some lab in him - but as others said, looks to be a bit fluffy for a lab, and those are definitely not lab ears! Hrm... It'll be interesting to see if he develops any coloured markings. Could even be part husky or part wild dog (i.e. wolf, coyote, etc) as well.

My mom was a vet for a long time and she looked at it and immediately said shepard chow mix. Cute *** pup man...i cant wait to get mine!

 

I was thinking some australian shepard with some chow. I would like to get a pup soon. But with school, 2 jobs and a internship I am just way to busy for one. It would not be fair to it because it would not get enough attention.

 

My last dog was a chow. He was awesome. Loved to kill bunnies. Kind of cat like though. A friend has a Lab-Chow mix. She has a black stripe rather than a full black tongue. Those are not chow ears. Looks like others are right about a little shepard in the mix. Hope its got better hips than my guy did.

My buddy got a puppy that's part german shepard, part pitbull, part rotweiller... and he doesn't understand why it bites everybody.


Dog looks cute, definitely has some black lab in him. Take him to the vet yet?
