I was watching highlights of the S.E.M.A show in Vegas and there was a guy promoting and new reality show where people are racing for pink slips. I think he said it being picked up by "Spike TV". Has anyone else heard about this?

it's not really what u think. it's not too exciting but is a good way to learn history on some cars, and what parts do and how they work.
