well i got in a wreck today in the "civ". (name of my car). i was at the back getting a check cashed and i backing out of my parking spot and a lady in a silver van backs right in to me!!!!!! we call the cops and he gets there and determines that it isn't my fault and isn't going turn it in to the ladies insurance because not enought damage was done. but i did get her info and i am going to get estiamtes tomorrow. below are some of the pics.










i hope that i can get it fixed really soon!!!!!!!!

uhh agreed...looks like enough damage to me! i probably would have had a coniption (spelling)! hope you get stuff squared away

 

problem is the officer didn't file a report. that can make it hard if the lady doesn't want to pay

Am I missing something? It just looks like the bumper came off the screws and it got black paint scratched from the other car. Doesnt look like the frame would be bent or anything.

 

the quearter panel would have to be rep[laced, the bumper would have to be replaced, then everythign painted. to an insurance compony, that right there is between $500-$1000
