Meatball Burrito
Nothing fancy and I have made this a few times before. it was spawned from me wanting to use some meatballs I had but having no suitable buns. Anyway Enjoy and feel free to mod.
Step 1) Ingredients
- tortilla
- meatballs
- pasta sauce
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
- shredded cheddar cheese

Step 2) As the box says, cook the meatballs at 400ishF for about 8 minutes, flip and cook for another 8 minutes

Step 3) Measure out sauce into a small bowl. This is honestly a preference thing, depending on how much sauce you like. The sauce I used was President's Choice Bolognese sauce with pork and beef, pretty damn good for store bought sauce.

Step 4) Once the meatballs are done, place a tortilla (I used 2) on a large plate and place the meatballs offset from the center, just like a normal burrito.

Step 5) Microwave the sauce for about 15-30 seconds on high (use a lid in case it pops) and then pour over the meatballs.

Step 6) Place your cheese over the meatballs and sauce. I REALLY like cheddar so I used a lot. I used Mozzarella for the stringy texture and filler.

Step 7) Enjoy! I used a toothpick to hold it together for the picture and I also made some hash browns too.

Thoughts: Delicious as usual, I think next time I will use some Mrs Dash or other sp1ces, a bit bland for my liking. Also want to try it with different cheese, maybe Colby and some Monterrey jack.
Also its all PC brand stuff because I WORK at Zehrs and get 10% off =P

WHAT!?
Man I love ****ing cooking. Once it gets warm out and I can get the BBQ going, I plan to try lots of stuff. Spent all winter looking up different marinates and sp1ce rubs for steak and pork chops and ribs. Different BBQ sauces, and Burger recipies.
First up I think Will be a new buurger mix.
1/2 ground beef
1/4 ground pork
1/4 ground lamb
No bread crumbs (seriously, WTF is with people doing that ****)
Worcestershire sauce
Some crushed garlic cloves
Onion power
pepper
etc etc
Then who knows. Basically it all depends on what meat I can find on sale.
