So I just had my tooth pulled and I wanted to see if anyone else has had one pulled and smoked afterwards. I waited about 3 hours, but I know I was supposed to wait at least 2 days. Hopefuly I won't get dry socket.

 

 

lol Yeah, I know I should quit. I just smoked another one and now it is starting to hurt. I guess I should cut back for a few days. I was suprised how pain-free the whole process was though. I was sitting in the chair for about 5 minutes and it was done.

 

My friend got a dry socket from smoking after getting his wisdom teeth out. He didn't seem to enjoy the pain too much.

I would highly suggest not smoking until the doctor says it's okay.

 

Have some freakin self control and wait a day or so..
