SEVEN, I used to have a '95 240sx SE RWD. It had black leather and a stick, not to mention a flowmaster exhaust. You will have a blast with that thing!

oh sure, a big part of it is the 3 CAR GARAGE! that is like a 700-800k dollar house here. of course you could probably get one like that in rural Montana or somewhere for 200k.

my parents just had a new house built and its nowhere that big and it was $264k but appraised for $320k

ive been shopping here, and a <1200 sq ft home goes for well over 300k in a "decent" neighborhood.
