im glad i live in michigan...my house is bigger than that...easily...walk out basement...on a golf course...we paid just under 400k...though the ppl who had it before we did trashed it (3 college aged girls). its a 600k house but it was trashed down to 400...we're estimating half a million right now (we've lived there five years)

 

Yeah I live in New Jersey and the prices of houses are friggin' ridiculous around here... Nearly 400k just for a small Cape. I guess it's because I live right around a bunch of rich towns, although mine isn't... Eddie Murphy, Wesley Snipes, and Mariah Carey all live two towns away from me in multi-million dollar estates. The town name is Alpine.
