just thought i'd throw it out there, the stock "clean" look is so common now that it's starting to make me sick. i'd prefer to see a riced out car here and there just to remind me about the good old days. so i say congrats to all those noobs you guys are talking about who want to rice out there car. maybe i should throw some altezzas on my s2k just to to be different, if i can even find any for the s that is......

If I can find a picture of it, someone has got a super clean lowered hatch on white walls and it looks bad ***, very nicely done looks great

 

here it is, not a hatch but old school. I would like to find the skinny whitewall tires since i have steelies and H caps with trim rings,but you just can't find them

^^ Dude yah the whitewalls look OK on a show car like that but on your dd with steelies and the H centercaps with trim rings? Yah no it'll look retarded as hell but you do that and give us some pics and we'll judge it. Deff will be borderline gay and ricey.

 

I should have clarified, the steelies are on the 86 accord hatch, it's old school. the 98 civic will be getting the 91 teg rims with an updated color.

 

Yes, I was acting ricey, but only to push his ricer buttons. That does not make me a ricer, that makes me a troll. I made a ricer pay for his transgressions, I thought you guys would lulz along with me a little. Evidently I was wrong.

I still fail to see how liking the look of euro and altezza style taillights make me a ricer. Ricers use race inspired aftermarket crap to make their car look like a race car. So far the only racecars I've seen either don't have head or taillights, or have completely painted over them. To me lowering the car more than an inch or two, and camber kits are 100x more ricey. Unless you're taking right turns going 50 mph, to me they seem completely unnecessary. To me lights like those look smoother and more modern, and frankly I'm considering not getting them right now because I can't afford spending ~$300 for them. Granted a majority probably would look like crap on a Civic, but then again so would a majority of aftermarket rims.

EDIT: What other ricey thing have I talked about doing to my car? So far the lights are the only things I've heard complaints about
