well we actually talked the guy down quite a bit... see i was gonna buy it a while ago but there were alot of problems with it and the guy wanted $1200. So i was skeptical and couldnt make up my mind.... 3 of my other friends tried to buy it but the guy was being too stubborn... finally we got him down to $800 cuz we had cash in hand and wiffed it under his nose. but FIRST off we are getting it cleaned up, seeing what potential power is in the engine with few bolt ons (I/H/E) and a tune up... then maybe swappin parts from other d-series engines to get more power, then maybe a swap....oh yea we found a SOHC Vtec-E....what the hell is Vtec-E....
