and for the record, im not one of the morons who packs the xbox against the wall. its sitting on top of my desk. my PS2 is jammed into an enclosed shelf. the xbox just seems to decide to not work sometimes. i have a warranty, but then i will lose my saved games, because the games that i care about dont work with the memory units.

 

i think when people say "the big cluncky xbox controller" they are thinking about the original one that came with the first xbox's

The Controller s, and the 360 controllers are only slightly larger then the ps2 controllers

 

i have already stated that i prefer the xbox controller over the PS2 controller, at least for driving games. the trigger gives you more throttle and brake pressure control.

 

man ive been tempted myself to hop inline over night for a ps3 BUT since the weather look slike its gonna be preaty freaken cold i might not stand inline anymore.........

tho frankly im shocked they are already so high! i thought for sure they werent gonna sell much higher than from retail price!
frankly i was shocked when i saw the 360s selling at twice the price..... so hell ya i jumped on that bandwagon and sold my 360core ASAP. LMFAO

and after i sold my 360core i waited afew months and bought a 360PREMIUM and still had about 100bucks of profit left over.LOL i coulda got cheaper if i waited longer BUT i rushed it and bought another off ebay also bought next day shiping. that way if it was fraud i could claim fraud if i didnt get in 2days.LOL


it all depends on fridays weather and the line at 2-3am at best buy.LOL

hell i hung around walmart for about 3hours waiting for a 360 and then find out when someone else asks about them they said they sold tickets the day before for the systems.... TOTAL BS!!!
unless you have someone worken in the video game department and have them tell ya when the tickets will go out or they hold afew for you thiers no way youll get one from them release date.LMFAO

 

if you go to the walmart site, they have a piece about the Wii, and the PS3. it says that at certain locations, sales begin at 12:01am on the 17th for the ps3, and the 19th for Wii...

 

they said the same last year with the 360......... get the inside word at your store and keep calling.

 

This one guy on craig's list is selling a reciept (will guarantee you a PS3 the day it comes out) for $750+. Bare in mind that you will still need to pay $550 (he put $50 down) for the PS3 with the reciept.
