No, I was thinking more along the lines of me destroying the atmosphere completely, therefore creating a tunnel for cold stratosphere air to come down and cause the next ice age.

Wow, you must release a lot of gas. Your idea is like cutting off your nose to spite your face. Harness your gas for the greater good not for evil purposes.
