hey well i wanna hear some stories of some ridiculous cops that hate us honda riders. like this one i was driving from school one time and this kid with a civic 91 (same cars as mine) pulls beside me and wants to race i was like umm no this is a school zone and school just got out i aint that stupid so the kid runs off being an idiot as he is and takes a left turn on another main street and runs the red. no biggie i can race him later and then i was driving str8 and then through my mirror i saw a cop trying to get behind me like i was wanted for murder or something. unfortunately he got behind and screamed at me to pull over. so i did and i forgot to tell you that my girlfriend was in her car and follows us. the cop sees her and scream at her to get away and leave or hes gonna arrest her i call her and tell her to leave. after she leaves the cop comes up to my window and says son i should bring you in and tow your car away because of illegal street racing. i was like WHAT?! I WAS GOING 20 ON A 25!!! And your gonna bust me for illegal STREET RACING!!!! and then he was like i saw your buddy get away but i decided to get you. so he writes me a ticket for speeding and ****. and starts to talk his BS!! about my car and other street racers saying i hate you mother f*ckers cause you s.o.b's are annoying as f*ck and your loud cars and causing chaos and blah blah blah. and if i ever see you again ima arrest you and pound your car and lock you up for 10 years. i just sat there and ignored him the whole time. so he gives me the ticket and right when i was about to say something he tells me to shup up and if i do say something im going to get arrested. so i said f this crap im gonna take it to court and i did and the cop never showed up and i got no points and didnt have to pay jack sh*t. just goes to show that cops have to much power that they can be some real d*cks anyways whats your story?

 

That sucks dude, i know most of the cops in my area because i went to college with them because i wanted to be a cop once, i dont know why lol, well anyway i got pulled over and the cop said that my vehicle was reported stolen and they had to impound it and i got out and demanded to speak to the on duty sergant and he came out and they finally ran the VIN and it was some typo in the system needless to say it pays to bitch,u should of let them arrest you and then sued the $hit out of them for unlawful arrest and profiling, any lawyer would have a field day with that, also demand to speak to the officers higher ups, they get kinda scared when u do that. 1. as much as people like to say this cops dont have any power really, the law is up to how its interpreted... 2. cops do hold grudes against import owners why u ask because they are taught in college that males in nice cars about 16-25 yrs in age are the main drug crowd. 3. if a cop touches u with out probable cause they r screwed if any of u get pulled over if u can lock ur glove box and the trunk is already locked and lock anything u can in ur car if they search it then guess what unlawful search and or seizure.... there are so many things cops need to do things like pull u over or search you or ur car, just stand up for urself and dont get scared, everytime i get pulled over im like what do u want cop, im a real a$$ i dont care i pay taxes they can kiss my a$$, i get just as rude, but if the situations is declining demand to speak to someone above the current officer or start yelling police brutaility lol it works believe me and that cop will think twice the next time he sees ur car

 

In south carolina cops are not allowed to make you get out of your car unless their supervisor is with them...or unless they have probable cause.

Although most cops are cool in my area... they normally tell me they like to give college kids a break because every body is hard on them or something like that.

 

About a year ago I was driving some friends home at like midnight or so when I got pulled over for apparently speeding. So the cop took my registration and waited in his car for like 10 minutes, then two more cars pulled up and he told me to get out of the car. He asks if I was drinking I say no, he asks if I got in a fight cause my cloths were damp, and I had a small cut on my knuckle I had not even noticed. But that was just from messing around sledding with some hills around the area. But anyway he had me do the roadside tests and a breathalyzer which showed 0.00. Then his exact words where "I don't know what your on but your on something." So he asks to search my car, being my first time ever being pulled over I said OK, so he and the other officers search my car, find nothing and say I'm under arrest. After putting me though all that they don't even pat down my friends ya know to see if they maybe had these drugs or alcohol or something. So I give my keys to my friend so my car isn't on the side of the road, and the cops tell them to go wait "at waffle house or something." They were asked if I had taken any drugs and they of course said no. And when my friends drove my car to a nearby store to wait, I guess a cop car followed them the whole way. So I was taken to a station cuffed and all, and then had to do the same tests over for cop who specialized in drug type stops so he could decide what I was on. He also said he had no idea what drugs I was taking, but was certain I was high. He asked me all kinds of questions about my family, my job, all that. He even apparently ended up contacting my job to let them know they had an addict working for them. After about an hour or so I took a **** test and was allowed to call my friends to pick me up in my car. My charge was driving under the influence of drugs and going 55 in a 45. I of course got a lawyer who said this was complete BS and they had no basis to do any of that, and in court the charges were dropped. A few officers have even told me since this guy was being an ******* cause I was driving an import late at night and he could tell I didn't know what to do. And since I kept giving my consent to talk, and to be searched he went with it. I was not aware I could say no at the time. Just goes to show some cops are complete ********.

dont hate cops, hate ********. whether they are cops or not. i had a cop that we didnt know was there following us one night. this old 'Teg pulls up next to us trying to race, but just driving like an idiot, and my friends GF was right in front of us, so my bro (who was driving) popped the clutch and chirped the tires in third, then the guy just speeds off and passed my buddies girl on the shoulder, almost hitting her. We got all pissed (unaware a cop was behind us watching the whole thing.) and took off after him, followed him around the corner at about 40 miles an hour, screeching the hell out of the tires. thats when the cop lit us up. well, long story short, he wanted the other guy, he saw him almost hit our buddies girl, and didnt blame us for getting pissed. then he let us go and told us to watch for th eguy and if we got a chance, to drag him out of his car and beat the hell out of him. and he said to make sure it was in his jurisdiction, so he could help us out.

 

one time i was coming back from a car show and since my car can stall at a stoplight(because of low revs) i had to put it on N and rev it a little, this cop pulled me over when i did that for "trying to engage a street race". my uncle got me off though(he was a cop)

 

Dont make a mistake, there are a lot of good cops out there. And whats sad is that they have to assume what they are dealing with when they pull somebody over. If they relax, they could be dead in a matter of minutes. But there are a good many cops that drive me up the wall. They think they are the law when they just merely inforce it... sometimes its a shame. My point is I have been let off more than I have been screwed, even while under the influence (it was out in the country at 3am and not a car in sight except for a hiding sheriff).

 

Cops are your friends! But their normal people, with flaws. Sometimes to many flaws... *mumbles "stupid f#$*& cops"*
