Got a 4 dr 01 civic, looking to get a roof rack that can hold 5 bikes, and 5 snowboards. not at the same time, but be able to carry both, since I cant really see 5 bikes fiting on my roof, but how about snowboards?

Since the size of the rack I would prefer to find some places in the Toronto area or any online retailer in Canada. I called honda and they told me like 500 for a basic rack bars. I laughed at em and hung up

I also once saw this strap with two boards attached to the outside end, and the rest of the strap jammed in the door, it carried two snowboards pretty well, I havnt been able to find place that sells this, any ideas?

what you guys think?

Also could a trailer me mounted to my civic? And if it could how much could I tow,

 

dude try yakima racks. i had one and they are great. i dunno bout gettin 5 bikes or boards on though. you can get 4 boards but 5 is a strech. and it wold be expensive to do to buy all those board/ski holders. especially tough if you dont have step in bindings cause its gotta be angled up with regular bindings. you can get 3 or 4 bikes up top and get one of those trunk bike holders and u will have 5. all and all to get 5 and 5 it will be costly
