Worst way to die IMO. When people hang themselves they can say **** this. but when they do it for you.. You have no say.. its terrible.

I highly disagree. Thats the easy way out. The worst way to die is what happened to one of saddams right hand men. He is sitting in solitary confinement for the rest of his life in a small cell with no window. He gets nothing but a bed. Hes not even allowed to read books or anything.
what about being burned at the stake

Yeah, I fear that, too
Or sittingon a growing bamboo.... Or being de-leathered... People were very insrumental in this field, and hanging is one of the easiest ones for sure...

It is important to talk about this stuff, this is history in the making, we are the ones that will be in office in a couple years(so to speak) and if you feel as if you dont need to talk about and learn about this stuff you are what is wrong with this country. God people this is our lives, this man(Bush) has made us as Americans hated across the world. We cant even go to Europe without worring about being kidnapped and/or killed. His poor actions reflect on the whole country.

I'm afraid there is more to this hatred than just a Bush. What was the approval rate of iraq war just before and after it started? He just did what nation wanted him to do...

i think we all can sit back and analyze the situation but its doing no good. it doesnt matter who the president was during this time but take into account all that bush has been through with the war and 9-11 and ask your self do you honestly think you could have done a better job? who ever the president may have been, democrat republican or what ever, they would have been given a hard time for the decisions they made during these last few years. there is no easy way out of the things that have happened but its part of history now and there is no way to change it so i think we should respect our government for what they do whether you think it was the right decision or not. there is no way we could do what they do on a daily basis. sorry to ramble on but maybe we should sit back and look at what we have and be thankful we can get out and about without someone blowing up a car in our face. idk just my opinion.
You are a tool.

The execution was somewhat of a disgrace. The Iraqis agreed to execute him and that he would be treated according to the Geneva Convention. He wasn't. He was tortured and tormented. There's was no justice in that.
Saddam needed to be held accountable, but not like that.
who are you to get on here and call me a tool?? we are sitting here having an intelligent conversation then you come along. so he was tortured and tormented??? his neck snapped in less than a second...torture or a quick death?? was it our government or theirs that decided his death? i really dont know but he was put to death by his own people. so did we make the choice on how he was supposed to pay for hiscrimes or what? just wondering. i dont keep up with this government crap. i enjoy life and thank god for the oportunity he has given me to live. maybe you should try being faced with death and then you might be thankful for what you have, and these minor things would be the least of your worries.thanks and have a good day.

Discussion turns to bickering, which turns to bitching. Which is exaclty what happened in this, and all political threads.

Political thread... EVERYONE TAKE COVER!!!
HAHA!! I am staying out of this one! Seriously guys, drop the thread... I've started some pretty bad arguements on this thing and came out of it realizing that NOTHING HAPPENS! All it does is get people mad at eachother and causes people to help eachother less on this forum.

I'd say the biggest champs on this site is Misha and AgentofDarkness... we've had some heated debates with those guys and after it is all over they still give me respect and answer my never ending questions.

You aren't going to change someone's mind by posting your political rants on a website.... show your thoughts when you vote.
