for Windows users, when you have the window open, press "PRT SCRN" it is next to the scroll lock key. then open ms paint, and click "Edit" then "Paste" the cuit the section out using the.... cutty thingy?? it looks like a box made out of broken lines. after you have the section inside the box, click "Edit" then "Cut". then click "File" "New" click no, then click "Edit" "Paste" again then "File" "Save As" and save it as a JPEG from the drop box, and name it what ever the bloody hell you want to... upload here and bingo. there you go
