They're no different from any other car out there. Once they're modded, you have to keep up on all routine maitenence, as well as give it frequent TLC. The problem is not that "idiots are modding them," or that they're unreliable cars. Its thata lot ofpeople who own them (again, just like any other make/model) mod them out, and think they can just "set it and forget it."

If you're going to mod a car, be ready tocare for it beyond the normal car wash and oil change [:@]

 

My brother had a friend that had an srt-4 stock and it took a crap on him. Kept taking it back to the dealer for maintence on the same thing, forgot what it was and its going to bug me. Eventually got the Lemon Law on it. Things are fast but poorly made in general
