The two or three times i've eaten steak has always been cooked all the way through, same whenever we BBQ anything. I dunno how some people eat meat that is pink and has blood coming out of it.
"How," you ask? Cut a nice big bloody chunk, and shove into food hole I dont like my steaks like that ALL the time, but if I go to an expensive restaurant, and pay a lot for a steak, I want the sumbitch still moo'n.

In all honesty it tastes better when its still red/pink in the middle. I know i always order or cook my steaks mid rare.

having run a steak place for a while, i got quite a taste for fresh, nearly raw steak...

and filet should always be eaten medium rare-rare...otherwise, you might as well just get hamburger and not waste the filet.

^ always order my steaks rare, and I make a point to let them know I want it still bleeding. It's the only way to eat a steak, if it's too done then I need like a bottle of A1 just to choke it down.

Sushi is GREAT! I like all kinds.. my GF and I go once or 2 times a week ( when we can anyhow) .. and as far as steak goes.. lol I love a rare steak.. I tell the server when they ask how I want my steak "Cut the horns off, smack it twice, and send it to me"

I could live on sushi until I died, if it wasn't so pricy. I don't like the rolls as much, but nigiri I drool over. Toro, the fatty tuna, is my favortie, followed by just about anything else. And for dessert I always get the sweet egg. It's nummy good! I feel so lucky to live in this area, fish is always super fresh, and I've never been to a bad sushi place.

I, also, like my steaks rare. Bout as rare as you can get them. If I can see the blood still pumping through the veins, it's just about right.

To all you vampires..just run outside and strat chewing on the side of the cow....not much fresher then that.
+1 for sushi. To many to choose from out here in Cali. If you want something to be grossed out by try this Dim-Sum.
Phoenix talons (鳳爪 fung zau, 凤爪 fèngzhuǎ): These are actually chicken feet that deep fried, boiled, marinated in a black bean sauce, and then steamed. This results in a texture that is light and fluffy (due to the frying), while moist and tender. Fung zau are typically dark red in color. One may also sometimes get clear, steamed chicken feet that is served with a vinegar dipping sauce. This version is known as "White Cloud Phoenix Talons" (白雲鳳爪; baiyunfengzhua; Cantonese: bak wun fung jau)
Chinese folks might eat just about ANYTHING if it has been fried, dipped, sauted, or somehow adjusted.....example...fried chicken feet. I mean theres nothing but skin and claws on a chicken foot, but they eat them up...YUCKO The rest of Dim sum is worth trying, but I don't think I'll eat claws..LOL
