ok so not too long ago i bought a 1998 honda civic ex coupe with 88,000 mile on it for $6500. i really love the car , but it does not really have that much power and i really dont have the money to make it faster. when i was looking for cars i looked at this one *clicky* . i went for a ride in it and i really liked it. its has everthing hondata, h22 2.2l vtec swap, LSD, I/H/E, nice seat in it, rims, CF hood, he also put a new clutch in 500 miles ago, short throw shifter and not to mention its was fast has hell. i think the guy said he dynoed 200whp. The only bad things are the Z3 fenders were cracked due to them being fiberglass and somthing about when they put the car on the lift or something like that and the paint was not in the best condition. Hes asking 7 for it but its been up for sale for almost 3 months and i know he wants to get rid of it so i could probly offer him 6. oh i forgot he said the motor only has like 3,000 miles on it. My question is will this car just be a money pit and take me to the cleaners and will it be reliably? I know everything was professionally installed. And it was adult owned so i know he did not drive the hell outta it. so good deal or not? Thanks

looks pretty good, rims like big or it needs springs...the tail lights look pretty cool, go for it..

 

I dunno. I like the mods but that Lexus conversion to me is like a rice factory.

 

yeah i really dont like the Lexus tail like either but i could live with it. mill$civic I think the rims are 18s or 17s but he told me that the car needed front shocks. so that could be why.
