i'm pretty new to performance modding, although i do have some very basic knowledge. is there a book that would be good to read to further my knowledge?

 

I don't know about books, per se, but the internet is filled with all the knowledge you'd ever need as long as you can search for it and weed through all the bull.

 

if you were lookin for info on boost or tuning i can point you in the right direction. Otherwise, go with the internet

 

yeah. i read a lot online and i spend a couple of hours on the forum at night just reading and trying to learn. but i have an hour at work that i need to fill and figured i could take a book to read.

 

like i said, if you wanna read up on turbos or superchargers, or infact, anything written by corky bell is awesome. Maximum boost is my favorite

 

just search online and get a Hayne's manual, that's really it

I didn't know a thing on how to work on cars before summer of 08, now I'm confident I can do anything suspension-wise, along with anything interior and some engine(bolt ons) work

 

There are books out there, i've seen some at Auto Zone...but i haven't read them so i dunno if they are good or not.

It's worth a shot
