I will agree that the punishment is a little harsh but seriously, don't go 30 over the speed limit and you don't have to worry about it. It isn't like they are making it 10 years in prison for speeding even 1 mph over the limit, you can do that on accident. You can't go 30 over on accident. I also agree with addiction2bass, I think most people should carry some form of weapon as long as they are not like crazy or something. If more people have guns there would be less shootings, as weird as that sounds.

 

I'm pro gun and anti speed limit...and I'm all for a harder DRIVER's TEST! Make it as stringent as some european tests are and watch the number of idiots on the road drop.

 

well that wont drop anything..... think about it HOW MANY ILLEGAL DRIVERS STILL DRIVE????

hell ive known 3 people at my work that have been driving with suspended lisecnces for years now. and a few of them JUST got there liscence back!
harder tests arent gonna stop anyone from driving.....



maybe if there was more road blocks that checked everyones liscences and confirmed INSURANCE then the streets would be a safer/smarter place....
still no simple way to fix any problems.... they just think it will.

 

It will drop. Mostly it'll drop the number of young girls doing their nails whom daddy just bought a Porsche...

 

Yea I'm definatly for harder tests, I read half the book they give you to study and I passed it my first try. Then on the driving test I passed without any problems at all, wayyyy to easy.

 

I never ever opened the book and I still passed... and te driving test is a joke...

 

Yea my driving test consisted of the women telling me to turn my headlights on and off, hazards on and off, left blinker, right blinker... then drive around back to parallel park and its over. Bulls**t tests....

 

My was much more difficult...I had to flash my highbeams and turn my wipers on.
