When I was asking this girl out, I took her on a picnic in this park by a little stream and when I folded out the blanket it had our favorite song on it and "will you go out with me?"

here is my story, it just happened in october:

i made a scavenger hunt for her. i sneaked in her room and planted the first rose with a clue attachted to it which told her the hunt would start at 545. then i gave the clues and roses to our friends and they asked her questions before she could go on. the clues led her all over campus where the last one i was on the 50 yard line with the blanket she made me for my birthday last year. i had the last rose, of 12 since it was our 1 year anniversary. then i did it right on the 50 yard line, we went out to dinner afterwards . enjoy it man!!!

 

Wow aryiman, thats really good.. I'll be stealing that here in a few months.. just to let you know.. how'd you keep the roses from dieing though.. or did you just leave all of them with people? or inside?

well luckily a good friend went and got them on the day of the engagement and he kept them in his fridge. then i went around campus 10 mins before she started and i gave all the roses out. if you need more info let me know man.

I took my wife to Lake Tahoe on new years eve, and we went on a horse drawn sleigh ride. part way through, I asked the driver to stop and take a picture of us standing by this old tree. so we go and we're standing in the snow, he takes a picture, and i tell him, "OK, One more." then when hes ready, I turn to her and go down on one knee and pull the ring out of my pocket. turned out great. she loved it, and it makes a great story,and all her girl friends melt when she tells it.



donot let these guys scare you. most of them are kidding. getting married, even as young as i did, was a great decision. It made me grow up faster, and opened up some new doors in my life. good luck!
