Verizon wireless can't do math hahaha
Funny audio recording about a customer complaining to verizon wireless that he was over charged. It's pretty long but funny to listen (or read) the idiots that work in verizon wireless.

Cliff notes
Customer was quoted many times that he would be charged .002 cent per kilobyte but the idiots are charging him .002 dollars which is not the same as .002 cents.
.002 cents x 35,896 kb = 71.792 cents
71.792 cents x (1 dollar/ 100 cents) = .71 dollars which is 71 cents
But the verizon idiots are charging him 71 dollars because they think .002 dollars is the same as .002 cents
